Cations having the structure $\ce{RS^{+}}$ ($\ce{R} \neq \ce{H}$). This term is derived from sulfenic acids. The synonymous term sulfanylium ions is derived from sulfane, $\ce{H2S}$. E.g. $\ce{CH3S^{+}}$ methylsulfanylium or methanesulfenylium ion.
