s-cis, s-trans

The spatial arrangement of two conjugated double bonds about the intervening single bond is described as s-cis if @T06406-1@ and s-@C01092@ if @T06406-2@. This term should not be applied to other systems such as N-alkyl @A00266@ (use E/Z or sp/ap).
