Estimate of the concentration of a substance corresponding to a cumulative probability of \(\pu{0.05}\) in the chronic toxicity values for all genera for which acceptable chronic tests have been conducted on the material.
Note: The FCV can also be calculated by dividing the final acute value (FAV) by the final acute-to-chronic toxicity ratio (ACR).
