Biel water maze

A water labyrinth, described by Biel (1940), where rodents are forced to swim until they find a small underwater platform that allows them to escape.
Notes:
  1. Used to study possible neurotoxic effects on spatial learning, memory and others.
  2. The Cincinnati water maze is related to the Biel water maze.
