soft lithography that uses the relief patterns in a master template to make 3-dimensional structures.
Notes: - Molds are commonly fabricated from an elastomer, such as polydimethylsiloxane.
- Micromolding is used to manufacture parts of micro-objects, such as microfluidic circuits.
