Measurement method of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, usually in protein NMR, that improves peak sharpness for molecules having a molecular mass of greater than \(\pu{100 kDa}\).

Note: TROSY relies on the cancellation of the dipolar coupling and chemical shift anisotropy (CSA) components of the transverse relaxation (see spin-spin relaxation).
