Polymer composed of macromolecules containing hydrazide linkages in the backbone: \[\ce{-CO-NR^1\bond{-}NR^2\bond{-}CO\bond{-}}\] where \(\ce{R^1}\) and \(\ce{R^2}\) are each hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, or heteroaryl.
