Polymer prepared from an isocyanide.
Notes:
  1. The class name polyisocyanide is preferably used for polymers in which every isocyanide monomeric unit contributes only one atom to a macromolecule backbone; the majority of these polymers are helical polymers.
  2. Isocyanide monomers are also polymerized by cyclopolymerization to give polytriazines.
