Most common form of primary immunodeficiency.

Note
Autoimmunity is the most prevalent manifestation of this deficiency. Individuals with SIgAD have an increased risk of developing systemic [e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA)] and organ-specific (e.g., celiac disease) autoimmune disorders.
