Apparatus that uses a forced, non-resonance method to determine the viscoelastic properties of a material sample.
Note: A sinusoidal displacement is applied to one end of a strip-like sample, and the response of the material is measured at the opposite end, allowing the angle between the stress and the strain, the phase angle, \(\delta\), to be obtained directly.
