Method for studying deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)–protein and/or protein–protein interactions in the context of chromatin, suitable for the identification of binding sites of proteins in genome DNA, etc. This method combines chemical cross-linking, the isolation of specific protein conjugates by immunoprecipitation, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification of co-precipitated DNA.
