Measurement method giving enhanced infrared absorption in the measured infrared spectrum of a sample adsorbed on a roughened thin metal substrate. The metal substrate is deposited onto a prism and data is collected by total internal reflection.
Note: SEIRAS enhancements can be \(\pu{E2}\) or greater.
